AI-Powered Content Strategist & Visual Storyteller
I turn ideas into AI-powered visual storytelling systems.
Brand, visuals, and video for founders and creator brands.Built as a system you can run weekly — not a one-off deliverable.
24-second intro
- 708 videos shipped
- 77.5M organic impressions
- $0 ad spend
- Shipped in days, not weeks
Services
Each one is an outcome, not a task list.
01
AI-powered content engines
A repeatable system that turns one idea into a week of content. Scripts, visuals, edits, and a posting cadence your team can actually maintain.
- You get
- Content system doc, templates, asset library, 30-day calendar
- Best for
- Founders posting inconsistently who want a machine, not a freelancer on call
02
Short-form video storytelling
Reels, Shorts, and TikToks edited for retention. Hook, structure, pacing, sound design. Every cut has a reason.
- You get
- Edited verticals, captions, thumbnails, hook variants for testing
- Best for
- Creator-led brands where video is the channel, not a nice-to-have
03
Social content systems
Design systems built for volume. Templates, motion presets, and rules so output stays on-brand at speed.
- You get
- Template kit, brand rules doc, handoff so your team can run it
- Best for
- Teams producing daily and losing consistency
04
Brand identity & launch kits
Identity for startups that need to look real on day one. Logo, type, color, social kit, deck. Enough to launch, not a 90-page bible nobody opens.
- You get
- Identity files, social kit, pitch/launch deck, usage guide
- Best for
- Pre-launch and just-launched startups
Selected work
Systems that shipped, and kept shipping.
Motion work
Five films. Five briefs.
Stat films, product demos and launch teasers. Two use real numbers. Three are concepts for fictional brands, and they say so.

Proof Reel
708 videos, 77.5M organic impressions, $0 ad spend. One number per beat, a dot for every video.
Real work

Arcive
Launch teaser for a fictional AI startup that listens to every customer call. One problem, one product, one promise.
Concept

Portfolio launch film
The launch film for this site, built from the site itself. The real pages run inside the frame.
Real work

Legible
Product film for a fictional wallet that reads every transaction to you in plain English before you sign.
Concept

Spikes vs Systems
One viral spike against twelve weeks of a posting system. Fictional channel, illustrative data.
Concept
How I work
Three steps. No discovery theatre.
1
Diagnose
30 minutes. What you're posting, what's failing, what the actual goal is. You leave with a read on it whether or not we work together.
2
Build
I build the system and the first batch of assets. You review once, mid-way.
3
Hand over or run it
Either your team runs it with the docs, or I stay on retainer and run it weekly.
Engagement types
- Launch sprint
- Fixed scope, fixed window
- Monthly retainer
- Ongoing content system
About
Strategist first. Five years of design and video underneath.

I'm Franz. A content strategist and visual storyteller based in India, working with teams across time zones.
I got into design and video because I wanted to make things myself. Photoshop, editing, typography, colour, pacing, story. Learned from scratch, then turned into client work.
Over time, the question changed. Not "how do I make this?" but "what should we say, to whom, and why would they watch?"
Now I own the process end to end: research, planning, scripts, production, edit, graphics, publishing. AI workflows where they actually save time.
I test tools before I recommend them. Same with Web3: I use a product before I talk about it.
The project I'm proudest of: 708 videos across two faceless accounts. 77.5M organic impressions. $0 ad spend. The number I value more is the system behind it: showing up, owning it, improving it every week.
One belief I'll argue for: content shouldn't exist because a brand needs to "post something." It needs one clear idea, a real audience, a business reason, and respect for the viewer's attention.
Outside work: new AI tools, Web3, my own content, learning music, good films, and getting outside.
I learn by building. Fundamentals first, then the tools, then the mistakes — and I keep what works.
Good fit
- Founders and creator brands who want a system, not a task rabbit
- Teams that will actually publish what gets made
- People who can give one clear round of feedback
Not a fit
- Micromanagers
- Scope that grows after the price is set
- Anyone shopping for cheap hands
